The equipment and characteristics of rooms ancillary to workplaces, in particular sanitary, catering and medical rooms, are designed to allow the temperature to be adapted to the specific purpose of these rooms.
The provisions of this section are without prejudice to those of Articles L. 171-1 and L. 173-1 of the French Construction and Housing Code relating to the thermal characteristics of buildings other than dwellings.
