The minimum monthly remuneration is reduced proportionally when the employee receives, in application of legal provisions, an hourly remuneration lower than the minimum growth wage.

The minimum monthly remuneration is reduced proportionally when the employee receives, in application of legal provisions, an hourly remuneration lower than the minimum growth wage.
In the event of a reduction in activity, part-time employees and home workers employed during the same month by several employers must submit to the Labour Inspectorate control officer all supporting documents enabling him to total up the hours worked and remuneration received during the month and to determine any additional allowance due.
