Where an agreement, a collective labour agreement or an annualised part-time employment contract provides that the monthly remuneration of employees is independent of the actual working hours, the minimum monthly remuneration applicable to the employees concerned is equal to the minimum growth wage multiplied by the average monthly number of hours set by this agreement or contract.
