Chapter I: Scope of application

The provisions of this Title, with the exception of Article D. 3334-3-1, also apply to the persons mentioned in the last paragraph of Article L. 3332-2.

Employees of an employers’ group which has not set up an employee savings scheme may benefit from the employee savings scheme set up in each of the companies in the group to which they are seconded if the rules so provide.

The length of service of the persons mentioned in the penultimate paragraph of Article L. 3332-2 that may be required by the regulations is counted from the date on which the individual contract takes effect.
