If the employer fails to make payments in execution of a seizure, the judge shall issue an order declaring him personally indebted in accordance with article L. 3252-10. The employer is notified of the order. The court clerk informs the creditor and the debtor. If no objection is lodged within fifteen days of notification, the order becomes enforceable. Enforcement is pursued at the request of the most diligent party.

The seizure is released either as a result of an agreement between the creditors or as a result of a court ruling that the debt has been extinguished. The employer is notified within eight days.
