Article D3231-5 of the French Labour Code

Article D3231-6 of the French Labour Code

The hourly wage to be taken into consideration for the application of article D. 3231-5 is that which corresponds to one hour’s actual work, taking into account benefits in kind and various bonuses which have the effect of additional pay. Sums paid by way of reimbursement of expenses, statutory overtime allowances and transport bonuses are excluded.
