Paragraph 3: Seasonal activities

For work carried out outdoors in the following activities, the weekly rest period may be deferred in application of article L. 3132-7: 1° Outdoor construction and repair work on river boats; 2° Building work; 3° Brickworks; 4° Corderies.

For establishments engaged in the following activities and open in whole or in part only during one period of the year, the weekly rest period may be deferred in application of article L. 3132-7: 1° Fruit, vegetable and fish canning factories; 2° Hotels, restaurants, caterers and roasters; 3° Bath establishments in thermal or climatic spas.
