The Labour Advisory Commission referred to in article L. 2621-2 may be asked by the State representative to give an opinion on all matters concerning labour, employment and vocational training.

The Commission Consultative du Travail is convened by the Representative of the State in Mayotte on his own initiative or at the request of the majority of its full members.
The Director of Enterprise, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment or his representative attends meetings of the Committee in an ex officio advisory capacity, and acts as secretary to the Committee.
The Labour Advisory Committee meets at least once a year.
