Chapter II: Trade union sections

When the credit of hours or the fraction of the credit of hours remaining is less than four hours, the trade union section representative who benefits from it in respect of the hours added up over the year as provided for in article L. 2142-1-3 has half a day which is deducted from the annual number of days worked set in the employee’s individual agreement.
