Article R1262-17 of the French Labour Code

Article R1262-18 of the French Labour Code

Guarantees taken out in their country of origin by companies established in a Member State of the European Union, a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or in the Swiss Confederation may be regarded as equivalent to the financial guarantee provided for in article R. 1262-17 if they provide the same protection for the employees concerned.
