Article D2573-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – Article D. 2112-1 is applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II. II. – For the application of Article D. 2112-1: 1° After the words: “French Republic” are inserted the words: “and, for information, in the Official Journal of French Polynesia”; 2° After the words: “Minister of the Interior” are added the words: “and the Minister responsible for Overseas France”.
