The provisions of this section are applicable to the socio-medico-judicial security centre of the Fresnes national public health establishment, subject to the adaptations provided for in Article R. 53-8-77 and articles R. 541-17 and R. 541-18 du code pénitentiaire.
Persons held in the centre come under the jurisdiction of one of the vice-presidents in charge of enforcing sentences of the Paris judicial court, appointed by the first president of the Paris court of appeal.
