The internal production control procedure is the procedure whereby the manufacturer ensures that machinery or personal protective equipment satisfies the relevant technical rules of the applicable annex and draws up, under his responsibility, a declaration of conformity to that effect.
The manufacturer shall take the necessary measures to ensure, in the manufacturing process, that the machinery or personal protective equipment conforms to the machinery or personal protective equipment which is the subject of the technical file and to the relevant technical rules.
The manufacturer, importer or any other person responsible for placing the equipment on the market shall draw up the technical file provided for in Article R. 4313-6 for each type of machine or personal protective equipment.
