Notices issued pursuant to articles L. 410-2 and L. 462-2 are published with the texts to which they relate. Notices issued pursuant to article L. 462-1 intended for a parliamentary committee or the Government may be published by the addressee or, with the addressee’s agreement, by the Autorité de la concurrence. The Autorité de la concurrence may publish notices requested by other persons. .

The decisions of the Authority provided for in Article L. 464-8 are appended to the activity report provided for in article L. 461-5.
