Article R221-8-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The additional remuneration provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 221-6 is calculated in such a way as to ensure that the credit institution referred to in article L. 518-25-1 is proportionately compensated for the general economic interest service missions conferred on this institution pursuant to this section.
