The professional rules established, pursuant to article R. 814-3, by the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires and approved by the Garde des sceaux, Minister of Justice, are set out in Annex 8-2 to this book.

The regulations laying down the conditions for the election of judicial administrators and judicial representatives to the National Council provided for in Article L. 814-2, established pursuant to article R. 814-6 by the bureau of the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires and approved by the garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, appears at Annex 8-3 to this book.
