Paragraph 2: Requirements for experience or work placements in addition to the master's degree referred to in article L. 812-3

In application of Article 1 of the Order of 4 February 2014 establishing the nomenclature of terms for the national master’s degree, the title of the degree referred to in Article L. 812-3 is as follows: national master’s degree, major “administration and liquidation of distressed companies” .

The provisions of article A. 811-24 are applicable to judicial representatives.

The list of acts performed by the trainee provided for in article R. 812-18-2 is given in II of Annex 8-1-1 to this book.
