Chapter IV: Commercial agents

Any applicant shall file in person or by proxy with the Registrar of the Commercial Court a declaration in duplicate under the terms of which he affirms that he is practising his profession under the conditions laid down in this Code. .

Registration shall be renewed under the same number for periods of five years before the end of each period. To this end, the applicant shall file a declaration under the terms of article A. 134-1 and produces the documents mentioned in article A. 134-2.
