Sub-subparagraph 1: Filing of instruments of incorporation

Savings and provident institutions shall file the deeds listed in 1° of Article R. 123-103 in accordance with the procedures set out in articles R. 123-102 et seq.

The articles of association of savings and provident institutions filed as an appendix to the Trade and Companies Register are approved in advance by the central body of savings banks and banques populaires.

The associations mentioned in Article A. 123-16deposit in an annex to the Trade and Companies Register, at the latest at the same time as their application for registration, pursuant to the last paragraph of Article R. 123-103 : 1° A copy of their articles of association; 2° A copy of the declaration or registration for associations in Alsace-Moselle or of the Journal officiel that made the association public; 3° A…
