Section 1: Registration of members of the professions of occupational therapist and psychomotricist

The regional health agency of the place of professional practice of persons authorised to practise the profession of occupational therapist or psychomotrician shall carry out the registration provided for in Article L. 4333-1 on the basis of the evidence of formal qualifications or authorisation presented by the person concerned or, failing this, the certificate in lieu thereof. Subject to the provisions of article L. 4333-1-1, the regional health agency and the armed forces health service shall implement the appropriate procedures in order to ensure the authenticity of the supporting documents produced by the applicant and, where applicable, the legality of the authorisation to practise, in particular by comparing them with the information obtained from the authority which issued the training qualification or the certificate in lieu thereof.

The Director General of the Regional Health Agency and the Armed Forces Medical Corps shall send the Minister for Health and the body responsible for managing the register referred to in Article D. 4113-118 a monthly update of the data resulting from the operations provided for in the first and second paragraphs of Article D. 4333-1.

On the basis of the processing implemented as part of the procedures for authorising the practice, management or monitoring of the activity of occupational therapists and psychomotricians, the competent departments of the State and the public establishments of the State placed under the supervision of the Minister responsible for health transmit to the body managing the register mentioned in article D. 4113-118 a weekly update of data to supplement that…

Data transmitted pursuant to articles D. 4333-3 and D. 4333-4 are deemed to have been validated by the body or authority that transmitted them.

For the application of article L. 4333-1, the lists of the professions of occupational therapist and psychomotricist are obtained from the information contained in the register referred to in article D. 4113-118. The content of each list is limited to practising professionals and, for each of them, the following data: 1° The personal identifier in the register referred to in article D. 4113-118; 2° The surname and first name of…

Professionals who have obtained authorisation to practise part of the profession concerned appear on a separate list containing the professional title under which they are authorised to practise and the corresponding field of activity.
