Paragraph 2: Placement on the outside under the supervision of prison staff

Sentenced persons admitted for work release may be employed outside the area assigned to the prison establishment on work controlled by the administration under the conditions set out in the provisions of articles D. 424-10 and D. 424-13 of the Penitentiary Code.

Prisoners placed on the outside may be subject to one or more of the obligations or prohibitions mentioned in the articles 131-36-2, 132-44 and 132-45 of the Penal Code.
