A committee responsible for issuing an opinion on the applications for authorisation referred to in article L. 313-21-1 is placed under the authority of the Minister for the Economy.

A committee responsible for issuing an opinion on the applications for authorisation referred to in article L. 313-21-1 is placed under the authority of the Minister for the Economy.

I. – The application for authorisation referred to in article L. 313-21-1 is submitted to the secretariat of the Committee. A receipt will be issued as soon as all the documents required to examine the application have been received. In its application, the company must submit : 1° A full copy of the entries in the Trade and Companies Register concerning the company; 2° Its skills, past activity and forecasts;…
The Committee monitors compliance with the conditions for authorisation set out in Article R. 518-65. To this end, it receives the annual activity reports of approved companies. The Committee may interview the directors and request any information or documents that may be useful in carrying out its duties.
The Committee may propose to the Minister that any company authorised on the basis of article L. 313-21-1 be sent any recommendation relating to its activity or shareholding.
