Chapter IV: Authorisation of training centres for hospital pharmacy assistants and approval of their directors

The authorisation provided for in article L. 4244-2 may be withdrawn, after formal notice and by reasoned decision, if the conditions set out in article D. 4244-1 are no longer met and in the event of incapacity or serious misconduct on the part of the training centre’s managers.

To qualify for the approval referred to in article L. 4244-2, the directors of training centres for hospital pharmacy assistants must satisfy the conditions in terms of qualifications and diplomas laid down by order of the Minister for Health and must not have been convicted of a criminal offence entered in bulletin no. 2 of the national criminal record. The application for approval of the director is submitted to the President of the Regional Council by the legal representative of the training centre, with a copy to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
