Section 2: Terms and conditions of implementation

I. – When a medical biology laboratory is unable to carry out a medical biology examination, it shall transmit the biological samples to another medical biology laboratory for analysis and interpretation. When the transmission of a biological sample between two medical biology laboratories, as defined in Article L. 6211-19, is carried out under a cooperation contract mentioned in Article L. 6212-6, retransmission of this biological sample to another medical biology laboratory to complete the performance of this examination is authorised within the limits of the transmission possibilities arising from the second paragraph of Article L. 6211-19.
