Notwithstanding Act 68-678 of 26 July 1968 on the disclosure of economic, commercial, industrial, financial or technical documents and information to foreign natural or legal persons, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall cooperate with the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Financial Stability Board and the Bank for International Settlements and shall exchange with them such information as is relevant to the performance of their tasks….
