The following are attached to the territorial health administration: a) A territorial health and autonomy conference which exercises the powers devolved to the regional health and autonomy conference provided for in Articles L. 1432-1 and L. 1432-4 and to the territorial health council provided for inArticle L. 1434-10. The health project is territorial. The health democracy territories provided for in 1° ofarticle L. 1434-9 may cover the territory of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, or be smaller or larger than it. They are defined after obtaining the opinion of the territorial conference on health democracy provided for in 1° of article L. 1434-9 and autonomy, and, with regard to activities falling within its remit, of the president of the territorial council.

The National Steering Committee exercises its powers with regard to the territorial health administration of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, with the exception of the assessment of its Director General.

The following do not apply in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon: 1° The first paragraph, the first, third and fourth sentences of the second paragraph of I and the last seven paragraphs of III ofArticle L. 1434-10 ; 2° The first two and last paragraphs of Article L. 1432-1 ; 3° The third, fifth, ninth and eleventh paragraphs of Article L. 1432-2; 4° Articles L. 1432-3, L. 1432-5 to L. 1432-7 and L. 1432-8…

The procedures for applying this chapter are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, with the exception of those relating to the Territorial Conference on Health and Autonomy and the Commission for the Coordination of Public Health Policies, which are determined by decree.
