Section 2: Practitioners of French nationality residing abroad.

Doctors, dental surgeons and midwives meeting the conditions laid down in 1° and 2° of article L. 4111-1 residing abroad may request to be entered on a special list drawn up and kept up to date by the national council of the order to which they belong after verification of their qualifications and the conditions laid down in article R. 4112-2.

The doctors, dental surgeons and midwives mentioned in article R. 4112-7 who wish to practise in France apply to be entered on the roll of the medical association of the department of their new residence under the conditions laid down in the second and third paragraphs of article L. 4112-5.
