Section 2: Declaration of provision of services

The provisions of articles R. 4112-9 to R. 4112-11 are applicable to the provision of services by pharmacists, the declaration of which is provided for in article L. 4222-9.

Any pharmacist who performs professional acts in France without being registered with the ordre, under the conditions set out in article L. 4222-9, is subject to the disciplinary chamber of the competent section responsible for the offence committed. The President of the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens will receive the pleadings and documents produced by the parties. The competent authority of the State in which the service provider is established shall immediately be informed of the penalty imposed on the service provider.

An order by the Minister for Health sets out : 1° The model form for the declaration and the declaration of partial practice as well as the list of supporting documents ; 2° The information to be provided in the statistical reports.
