Section 5: Passenger information

I. – In the case of international travel, operators of means of transport and travel agents or other operators selling travel and holidays shall provide their customers with information on the known health risks of their destination and, where appropriate, on the recommended protective measures. The conditions and procedures for disseminating this information are set by order of the ministers responsible for agriculture, foreign affairs, health, tourism and transport. II….

I. – Operators of means of air transport and cruise ships shall keep lists of their passengers and their location, if known, in conditions of security appropriate to their content, so as to transmit them without delay to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency at his request.
