Section 3: Territorial health project

Articles R. 1434-1, R. 1434-2 and R. 1434-10 do not apply to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

The territorial health project for Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is approved by the Prefect after receiving the opinions of the territorial council, the municipal councils and the territorial conference on health and autonomy. For its application in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, in article R. 1434-42, the words: “of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency” are deleted, after the words: “are taken”, the words: “by the Prefect” are inserted and the words: “sitting within the Regional Union of Health Professions” are deleted.
