Section 4: Multi-annual territorial plan for risk management and healthcare system efficiency

Articles R. 1434-13 to R. 1434-18, R. 1434-21, R. 1434-22 and R. 1434-24 to R. 1434-27 do not apply to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

For its application in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, in article R. 1434-19, the reference to article R. 1434-13 is replaced by the reference to article R. 1441-18 and the words: “provided for in article L. 182-2-1-1 of the Social Security Code” are deleted.

The multi-annual territorial plan for risk management and healthcare system efficiency in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon includes specific territorial actions as provided for in article L. 1441-6. Where appropriate, it may incorporate national risk management programmes.

The preparation, monitoring and evaluation of the territorial multi-annual plan for risk management and the efficiency of the healthcare system are carried out by a territorial commission for risk management and the efficiency of the healthcare system. The multi-year territorial plan for risk management and healthcare system efficiency is implemented by means of a contract between the Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the Director of the Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon Social Security Fund and, where applicable, the supplementary health insurance organisations present in the territory.
