The following are members of the Commission for the Coordination of Public Health Policies in Mayotte: 1° The Director General of the Regional Health Agency or his representative ; 2° The Prefect of Mayotte or his representative; 3° Representatives of government departments in Mayotte with responsibilities in the field of prevention and medico-social support: a) The rector of the Mayotte education authority ; b) The head of the department responsible…
For the application in Mayotte of articles D. 1432-2 and D. 1432-7, the references to articles D. 1432-1 and D. 1432-6 are replaced by the reference to article D. 1446-2.
The provisions laid down in articles D. 1432-11 to D. 1432-14 for each of the coordination commissions apply to the Mayotte coordination commission subject to the following adaptations: In article D. 1432-11, the references to articles D. 1432-1 and D. 1432-6 are replaced by the reference to article D. 1446-2.
For the application of Article D. 1432-15 to the Mayotte Regional Health Agency, I is worded as follows: I.-The Supervisory Board is made up of eighteen members.
