For its application in Mayotte, in article R. 1434-25, the words: “the representative appointed by the Director General of the Union nationale des caisses d’assurance maladie mentioned in article L. 182-2-1-1 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “the Mayotte social security fund”.
