The last paragraph of article R. 1112-18 does not apply.

For the application of article R. 1110-8 in Mayotte, the words: “the right to complementary health protection provided for inarticle L. 861-1 of the Social Security Code or” are deleted and the words: “the right to State medical aid provided for inarticle L. 251-1 of the Social Action and Family Code” are replaced by the words: “the coverage provided for in article L. 6416-5 of this Code”.
