Subsection 2: Establishment of electoral rolls

The electoral lists are compiled by the national commission referred to in article R. 4031-23 from either the registers referred to in articles L. 4111-1 and L. 4221-1, or the directories created for the purposes of registration under articles L. 4311-15 and L. 4321-10, or another file listing healthcare professionals created by order. They include the surnames, forenames and professional addresses of self-employed healthcare professionals practising primarily in the region….

When new elections are held pursuant to article R. 4031-20, the electoral lists drawn up in accordance with the provisions of article R. 4031-27 are used for the new elections, except where the election has been annulled on the grounds that the electoral lists are irregular.

Electoral rolls may be consulted by any voter, in particular by electronic means after identification in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 4031-34-1.
