Section 7: Registration of persons likely to to contribute to the care system

The national council of the order of the profession or any body of this order authorised for this purpose by the national council carries out the registration provided for in article L. 4113-1 : 1° Persons who have obtained the evidence of formal qualifications required to practise the profession of doctor, dental surgeon or midwife who are not practising but obtained their evidence of formal qualifications less than three years…

The persons mentioned in article D. 4113-122 must inform the national council of the order of the profession to which they belong or the local ordinal body authorised for this purpose, within one month, of any change in their marital status, their level of training, their professional situation or their place of residence and of any change in their correspondence details.

The national councils of the professional orders send the body responsible for managing the register referred to in article D. 4113-118 a monthly update of the data resulting from the operations provided for in articles D. 4113-122 and D. 4113-123.

The regional health agencies send the body managing the register referred to in article D. 4113-118 a half-yearly update of the data relating to the places where medical and dental interns are assigned. This data can be accessed by the orders under the conditions laid down by the order provided for in the same article.
