Section 2: Organisation of food vigilance

The Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail shall inform the competent authorities of any adverse reactions of which he is aware. The Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control shall inform the producer or distributor concerned of any adverse reactions brought to his attention.

In the event of adverse reactions, the Director General of Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control shall, at his request, send the Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail any information relating to the composition of each of the products mentioned in Article R. 1323-1 that it may require in order to carry out its duties, in particular the exact concentration…
