The employer keeps an up-to-date list of workers likely to be exposed to artificial optical radiation exceeding the exposure limit values defined in articles R. 4452-5 and R. 4452-6. The employer shall draw up an exposure sheet for these workers containing the following information: 1° The nature of the work performed; 2° The characteristics of the emitting sources to which the worker is exposed; 3° The nature of the radiation; 4° Where applicable, the results of measurements of artificial optical radiation levels; 5° Periods of exposure.
