Article R4215-2 of the French Labour Code

The project owner draws up and sends to the employer a technical file containing the description and characteristics of the electrical installations carried out. The content of the technical file is specified by a joint order of the Ministers of Labour, Agriculture and Construction. This technical file forms part of the workplace maintenance file provided for in article R. 4211-3.
