Subsection 1: Authorisation to practise for holders of evidence of formal qualifications as a doctor obtained in the province of Quebec

The Conseil national de l’ordre or the conseil départemental will acknowledge receipt of the application within one month of its receipt. During this month, it will inform the interested party of any missing documents.

The Conseil national de l’ordre will forward the complete application, together with its opinion, to the Minister for Health, who will decide on the application for authorisation to practise.
