Subsection 1: Purpose and terms of the contract

Where appropriate, the contract sets out the financial compensation associated with the contractual commitments, in particular those covered by the regional intervention fund provided for in article L. 1435-8 and which have been the subject of a financing decision.

The contract is for a maximum of five years; it may be revised by amendment.

Attached to the contract are the health project, a list of agreements and other valid contracts signed by the holder with the regional health agency, and any financial agreements signed with bodies other than the regional health agency.

At least once a year, the regional health agency consults the regional federation of independent healthcare professionals on the guidelines and evaluation of the multi-year contracts for objectives and resources proposed or signed with health centres, maisons de santé, centres, coordination support schemes and specific regional schemes.
