Section 4a: Provisions applicable to refugees, stateless persons and beneficiaries of territorial asylum or subsidiary protection and to French nationals who have returned to French territory at the request of the French authorities

Persons who are refugees, stateless persons or beneficiaries of territorial asylum or subsidiary protection and French nationals who have returned to France at the request of the French authorities and who hold a diploma, certificate or other qualification entitling them, in the country in which it was obtained, to practise the profession of pharmacist, and who sit the tests to verify the knowledge referred to in I of article L….

Successful candidates from the knowledge verification tests complete a two-year full-time skills consolidation programme. To this end, they are assigned to a post on the basis of a commitment to take up a post provided by the person concerned, the model for which is set by order of the Minister for Health, by decision of the Director General of the National Management Centre, on behalf of the Minister for Health….

Applicants authorised to continue on a skills consolidation programme may have their assignment deferred under the conditions defined in article R. 4221-13.

At the end of their skills consolidation programme, candidates apply to the practice authorisation commission referred to in Article L. 4221-12 under the conditions set out in Article R. 4221-13-1.

Articles D. 4221-13-2 and R. 4221-13-3 apply to applications for authorisation to practise made under this section.
