Section 4: Family events and the exceptional outings they may entail

In accordance with the provisions of article D. 343-1 of the Penitentiary Code, the marriage of detainees, except where the provisions of articles D. 143 and D. 143-1 of this Code apply, is celebrated within the penitentiary establishment at the request of the public prosecutor, as provided for by the provisions of article 75 of the Civil Code.
