Section 3: Prisoners belonging to the armed forces

In accordance with the dispositions de l’article D. 216-13 du code pénitentiaire, les mesures prévues par les dispositions des articles 723 and 723-3 may only be granted to convicted military personnel with the prior agreement of the military authority to which the persons concerned are subject.
