Subsection 2: Hyperbaric prevention advisor

I. – The employer shall appoint a person to act as hyperbaric prevention advisor. Under the employer’s responsibility, this advisor shall participate in particular in : 1° In the risk assessment provided for in Article R. 4461-3 ; 2° The implementation of all measures to ensure the health and safety of workers working in hyperbaric environments; 3° The continuous improvement of risk prevention based on the analysis of work situations….

The employer shall inform each worker required to work in a hyperbaric environment of the name and contact details of the hyperbaric prevention advisor referred to in Article R. 4461-4.
