The employer shall draw up a hyperbaric safety manual for each of its establishments, taking into account the results of the risk assessment recorded in the single document provided for in Article R. 4461-3. The hyperbaric safety manual, drawn up in conjunction with the hyperbaric prevention advisor, is subject to the prior opinion of the occupational physician and the social and economic committee. It is updated periodically, particularly when there is any significant change in the conditions under which work is carried out or performed.

The employer shall give a copy of the hyperbaric safety manual to the hyperbaric prevention advisor, who shall ensure that the manual is available on the site where the work is carried out.
