Article R4461-47 of the French Labour Code

Work equipment is understood to include all the elements required to: 1° Perform work in hyperbaric conditions; 2° Monitor workers in hyperbaric conditions; 3° Produce, transfer, store, distribute and monitor breathing gases; 4° Provide emergency assistance. A joint order by the Ministers for Labour and Agriculture specifies the technical and operational specifications to be met by this equipment.
