Title I: Provisions applicable in the overseas departments, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

This Code, as well as the regulations amending it, is applicable to the departments of Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion Island, the collectivities of Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
