The electoral list is drawn up for each region by the Minister of Labour.

An extract of the electoral list can be consulted in the regional directorates for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment and their departmental units, as well as on a dedicated website created by the services of the minister responsible for labour. At the end of a period of eight days following the posting of the election results, the electoral roll may no longer be consulted.
