The Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council of French Guyana exercises its powers under the conditions set out in Title IV of Book II of Part Four and to the section 2 of Chapter III of Title III of Book IV of the same part, insofar as they are not contrary to the provisions of this part.
